T.O.P. has a large fireplace (wood is Supplied), covered decks one off the living room and one off the 2 bedrooms that are down stairs. 3 queen size bedrooms and 2 full baths.There is a gas bar be que. We have Dishnet T.V. and also movies (Children & Adults) that you can borrow. All bedding is supplied, towels, and paper products.We also leave a few conditments for our guest's use. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and dish washing soap.There is also laundry soap for your use.

Yosemite Top of the Pines Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Master or visa card. money orders or check$175 for 2 people , $275 for 4 , $325 for 6 , $375 for 8One additional person is $25 a night . Children 5 and under are free. 2 NIGHT STAYmin.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
We require half down and balance 30 days before arrival. A $75.00 cleaning fee and a $500.00 security deposit by check is required. Both of these fees are paid with the balance.
We will gladly refund your deposit less $100.00 processing fee, if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation. No refunds for cancellations with-in less the 30 days notice. No refunds for occurences beyond our control including early departure, late cancellations or weather. Balance to be paid in full 30 days before arrival.
