Beach Cottage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Credit cards accepted: Yes
Half of stay required within 7 days of making reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to reservation date. All rentals require a $35 accident damage waver to cover $1000 in accidental damages.
Monies refunded if week is rerented for same dollar amount as your reservation, minus $50 reservation fee and $100 cancellation fee.
All applicable sales and local taxes will be applied to the rental rate. This works out to be 11% of rental price.Linens can be rented if desired for an additional fee. Reservation fee is $50.

We love to cometo the beach and get away from everything. Loved swimming in the pool and playing in the ocean. The condo looks great and is really comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking over the lake and watching the ducks. Thanks, we'll be back.

This condo is beautiful, we were very comfortable our whole stay. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the ocean. There is so much to do in the area, wish we could stay longer. We will be back.
