The architect responsible for the remodeling has accentuated the unique design of the house, which consists of three separate wings on three different levels, each with its own patio, entrance, kitchen, living room, and private bath. This design allows two or three couples, or members of a large family, to have their own privacy, while the 'Great Room' draws people together to socialize.

This Bahamas vacation rental also includes five acres of landscaped tropical gardens are perfect for a romantic stroll or a family nature walk.
