Excellent location 5 miles from airport and 4 miles from George Town. Be careful about renting homes that are 40 minutes from the nearest grocery market! We are far enough from George Town to be quiet and relaxing, but still be close enough to run in for groceries. We can make arrangements to have rental kayaks and bicycles waiting for you when you arrive.Exuma is one of the most desireable islands in the Bahamian Island chain. It is steeped in history and known for its world-class bonefishing and unrivaled snorkeling and scuba diving. Not to mention the abundance of pristine, deserted beaches and turquoise, crystal clear waters.Included with this vacation rental is the Owner's guidebook with recommendations on where the best restaurants are, how to find many of the beautiful beaches, unknown snorkeling spots, etc.

Large freshwater swimming pool with waterfall is located next to cabana honor bar and sandy beach. Everything is right there at the waterfront! A beautiful setting next to a spacious and comfortable home. As our house is the only vacation rental in a neighborhood made up of mostly second or third vacation homes for absentee owners, you will most likely have the pool and beach to yourself most of the time.
