Janice, who is without question the finest chef on the island (very reasonable), will prepare a delicious Bahamian feast in your kitchen. Her husband Reynold operates a private fishing and diving charter operation (25 ft. Sea Wind) and has an intimate knowledge of the Cat Island marine environment. He never comes back empty-handed! What a wonderful way to conclude a memorable day, a family cook-out with your own catch of snapper, grouper, mahi-mahi, conch or lobster.
