The bottom level has a bedroom with a full plus a futon, a laundry room and a bathroom. The main level consists of a large open floor plan with the 4th bath, kitchen, dining area, and a great room with a fireplace, entertainment center (cable TV, VCR, CD), and plenty of comfy seating (2 love seats, couch, 2 arm chairs).
