The vacation rental home is just one block from national forest trail. (Turn right, walk to Main Street Breckenridge in 15 to 20 minutes. Turn left, leave civilization and enter beautiful backcountry, including mountain ponds, lakes and waterfall.)
4 separate entertainment areas in home so families can spread out and pursue different activities
Large hot tub on wraparound deck with Weber barbecue.
GOURMET KITCHEN has large center island, wonderful counter-space and is fully-equipped. Includes spices, pots/pans, slow cookers, wok and pancake griddle. Large table for family meals.
Crib and high chair for our youngest guests.
Brand new recreation room with 9' Brunswick pool table, ping pong and air hockey. Nintendo on the third floor!
5 bedrooms plus big screen TV room (can be 6th bedroom with sofa bed); Sleeps 16 in beds.
Your hosts furnish luxurious robes to keep warm after a dip in the hot tub
