Villa Grandiosa Vacation Rental in Cape Coral, FL Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
180,00 $ add 11 % tax for 2 persons, every extra person has to pay 15,00 $ + 11% tax extra per daykids till 3 years are free, kids from 3 - 7 years 7,50 $ + 11% tax per day extra.30% of the total rental rate must be paid in the beginning to guarantee the booking. The Total rest of the rental fee must be paid 30 days before you will arrive at the villa.If you stay longer than 22 days you will get a discount of the rental fee from 15%. Monthly special rates are available, ask for it!!!!

If you cancel the renting contract we will keep the 30% of the Total. If you cancel 30 days before you will arrive (arriving date on the contract) we will keep 50% of the Total.
