Maravilla Resort is a 33.7 acre resort community consisting of prime Destin gulf front property on Scenic Hwy 98, one of the most desirable beach locations in Destin. Private Beach!!!
The resort offers 2.5 acre deeded beach access, two luxurious swimming pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a clubhouse with exercise room, and BBQ grills.
We are located in building 3, second floor unit. There is elevator accessibilty.
Sorry, no vacationing students. Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am unless discuss otherwise.

A security/reservation deposit of $250 is required and due upon booking a reservation. This deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure of rental unit providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed.
Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or the $250 deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit.
RATE INCLUDES TAXES, $75 CLEANING FEE AND $35 PROCESSING FEE. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
