Vacation Condo w/ Spectacular Gulf Views Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Check-in is after 3pm & Check-out is 10am. We cannot request early check-ins or late check-outs. To confirm your reservation we require a 15% advance payment on a credit card.The balance of the reservation is due on arrival. Changes to your reservation within 14 days of arrival or cancellation at any time will result in the loss of the entire advance payment. We offer a travel protection plan which may help you avoid losses due to cancelling or losing unused rent due to early departure for reasons covered by the plan. The cost is 6% of the reservation and is non-refundable. Pets of any kind are not allowed.We require 1 parent or legal guardian for every 2 people under 25. RESERVATIONS BOOKED UNDER FALSE PRETENSES OR THOSE RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE UNIT OR PROPERTY MAY BE SUBJECT TO EVICTION & LOSS OF PAYMENT. .
