The beach trolley stop is located adjacent to the complex, as well as the Summerlin Ridge Golf Center, an 18-hole lighted executive golf course with driving range. We are minutes away from the area's finest hospitals, factory outlets, and restaurants! The vacation rental unit is located on the 2nd floor and the building does have an elevator close to the unit. The Den has a privacy door and its couch has a pull out bed for two. For other occasional overnighters we've included an aero bed too..
