Girdwood Condo Vacation Rental-Snow Raven Property Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Prices are for 1-4 people, with a $25.00 per person rate after 4. Discounts do apply to 3 night or more stays.

In addition to the nightly rates and for the protection of our owners, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for a $250.00 Security Deposit . The Funds will be placed on Hold until after you check-out and we determine there is no damage to the property. We DO NOT charge your credit card unless we determine the property to be damaged by the renter, and we will notify the renter of this fact before we charge the card. We also reserve the right to use your credit card in the event that the actual cost exceeds the security deposit. Prior of which you will receive a written notice of the amount owed. This Security Damage Deposit is completely separate from the Initial Reservation Deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will beCharged a $35.00 handling fee. If there is a Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless we are able to rebook the Unit. There may be only partial refunds if the original stay was for a certain amount of time and we are only able to rebook a portion of that time, (example: originally 5 nights are booked and we are only able to rebook 2 nights of the 5 night stay, only 2 nights would be refunded). If we are able to rebook the entire reservation, there will only be the $35.00 cancellation fee charged. All cancellations are subject to the handling fee.
