$100.00 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation,remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to reservation. Deposit is applied to balance. $250.00 key/security deposit that is refunded when the keys are returned as long as no smoking or no damage to property has been reported
A full refund (minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit) will be made if the cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to reservation. For cancellations received later than 6 weeks prior to reservation, 1/2 of the rental amount paid (minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded. If another rental is received for the same time period, a full refund will be issued.
