GO-Cottage - 1920's Bungalow Cottage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

We ask for a major credit card number to guarantee your reservation. The balance of the rent, plus a refundable security deposit (your first nights stay) and $95 cleaning service fee is due upon making your reservation. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 business days after you have departed the cottage, as long as everything is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. All prices are subject to change.
A written notification of cancellation is due at least 45 days prior to the start of the lease term. Renter agrees to forfeit fifteen percent (15%) of the total rental consideration. Any cancellation request made after this time will result in the forfeiture of the full rental deposit, unless the property is re-rented for the term covered by this lease. In such event, the cancellation penalty shall be fifteen percent (15%) of the total rental consideration plus the shortfall (if any) between the rental consideration under this agreement and the amount for which the property is re-rented.
