This condominium complex is on the Intracoastal only a few hundred yards from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The Club House has an exercise room with Jacuzzi , pool table room ,card room and there are two heated pools and four fishing piers. The Complex is a gated community. If you don't want to drive a car, you don't have to because is close to the bus line. But if you do ,there is a reserved parking spot outside.
