Boating, fishing, shelling are magnificent. Many other activities such as golf, tennis, theater, etc. are nearby. Sarasota is a short 30 minutes away. Boca Grande to the South (for Tarpon fishing in June) is 30 minutes south. 1 1/2 hours from Raymond James Stadium site of 2009 Super Bowl.
