A $300.00 is deposit within 1 week of reservation. Full payment must be recieved 1 week prior to arrival dateA fully refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is required. After inspection of the house the full amount will be returned if there is no damage. If there is damage to the home, The renter will be contacted.
