A 10% Booking Deposit is all that's required to secure your dates.A Security Deposit of $300 / £150 is required for all rentals but this will be refunded after your vacation subject to a satisfactory property inspection.



A full refund of the balance is given if canceled 90 or more days before arrival.Between 60 to 89 days: 60% will be refunded.Between 30 to 59 days: 30% will be refunded.29 days or less: No refund.A $70 / £35 Administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.The Security Deposit Will Be Refunded for all cancellations and no-shows.We strongly recommend that all members of your party are covered by travel insurance which carries adequate protection against delays and cancellations.



All our quotations for 7 days or more INCLUDE ALL TAXES and cleaning fees.A short stay of 6 nights or less will incur a departure cleaning fee of $90 / £45.During October to May inclusive we recommend you purchase pool heat. This is charged at a small weekly rate of just $90 / £45 but can be declined if not required.
