A Lovely Budget Studio Unit In Princeville, Kauai Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
You may pay by a major credit card, PayPal, check or money order. You can register and pay my credit card or PayPal on line on the Condobob web site by clicking the link to our web site located on the Rentalo site, or you can call Condobob with your card information.
A 50% deposit is required to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. The full amount is due for booking of under 7days.We rent the condo from a minimum of 3 days to a month.

Refunds are made in full, less administrative fee, for all cancellations made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if the condo is booked and rented for the full booking period. Administrative FeeThere will be an administrative fee charged for the greater of one days booking, or $100. The administrative fee is applicable to each week booked, or portion thereof, with respect to all booking changes, or cancellations, made after the original booking date . For example, If you rent for one week and you change your reservation or cancel it, for any reason, the fee will be either $100, or the average daily rate, whichever is higher. If you rent for 2 weeks and you change your reservation or cancel, for any reason, the administrative fee will be either $200, or the average daily rate, whichever is higher.
Kauai taxes of 11.41% are to be added as is a 5% energy charge. The full fee for 7 days including taxes and cleaning is $553.00 (including $69.00 in taxes and $55.00 cleaning).
