Room rates include continental breakfast, house rental and staffing. The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.Payment Schedule50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations and RefundsAll cancellations are subject to a US$100 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent.
