Our vacation home is located in the West Gulf Drive area, just west of Rabbit Road in the East Rocks subdivision, approximately 2 miles from Bailey's Grocery Store. This home has a large 36 x 15 heated, screened pool with overflow hot tub, tanning ledge in pool, and panoramic lake and birding views. This is one of our most popular homes due to the great pool, lake and wildlife views.
We offer free beach parking for our guests who prefer to park rather than walk the 5 minute walk to the beach.
Sanibel requires private homes to rent for a minimum of 28 days. If you require less than 28 days, then please check the Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce website for accomodations, or call the Chamber at 239-472-1080.

Our vacation home rentals usually start and end on a Saturday and are for 4 weeks (28 days), but dates may be more flexible for longer stays and for off-season dates. Sales, last minute pricing, or multi-month discounts may apply, please contact us or call for current pricing. Rates subject to change without notice until reservation guaranteed by payment of the reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit to finalize a reservation is 25% of rental amount.
A refundable security deposit is also required, refundable within 60 days upon finding all in good order at the rental home, less electrical allowance (see below). Small pets may be allowed at owner's discretion, and a non-refundable pet fee, if applicable for small pets, upon approval of pet.
Remainder or final payment is due at 90 days prior to visit.
If cancelled before 90 days prior to visit, then guests will receive a full refund. If cancellation is after 90 days prior to the visit, and the home is then re-rented, then the guest will be refunded the new rental amount in full, which may be less than original due to last minute rental.
(1) Florida 11% bed and sales tax will be added to the rates above.
(2) Rates above include all costs unless guest utilizes electricity above the electrical allowance of $250 per month.
Details:(1) 11% Florida sales and bed tax will be added to all the prices listed above. All rentals in Lee County, Florida are required to collect 11% taxes on guest visits less than six months and a day. For visits longer than 6 months, no taxes apply to the rental amount, thus long term rentals automatically save at least 11% due to no taxes.
(2) There is a charge for electricity usage for electric bills over $250 per month allowance. Generally, electric bills are less than $200, so usually no charges will apply unless the pool is kept at high temps (above 80-82 degrees) or the winter is unusually cold.
