Deposit of 2 nights rental fee confirms the 1 week or less lodging reservation by the Royal Flush House LLC, and is subject to the clearance of funds. The balance of the lodging fee is due 90 days prior to arrival. A charge card imprint of $350 for a refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in.



Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival or your deposit may not be refunded. In any case a handling charge equivalent to 1 day of rental will be charged upon cancellation
