Maui Rendezvous - Wailea Ekahi 33A is a beautiful, romantic, 1100 square foot condo in a magnificent lush tropical paradise resort on spectacular Keawakupu Beach. Major remodeling to the kitchen and master bath was completed in the Fall of 2003. The master bath has a heated hot tub whirlpool bath. Maui Rendezvous is a one-bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo that sleeps two in a king-size bed. Three additional guests can be accommodated on a queen sofa bed and twin-size sofa. The second bath includes a dressing area with closet and dresser that is separate from the toilet/tub/shower. There is a sleeping pad for young children and a play yard for babies to sleep.
The condo has beautiful tropical decor and many amenities. There is remote control AC. Ceiling fans in the dining, living, and bedroom keep guests comfortable. This downstairs corner unit is in a two-story/six-unit building. The view is a fabulous tropical garden. The kitchen, parts of the lanai, and living room have ocean views. Step off of the 14 x 20 lanai on to grass, and its just a three minute walk through the garden to the beach.

Maui Rendezvous - Wailea Ekahi 33A Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
RESERVATIONS FOR 2009 PLACED IN 2008 WILL RECEIVE 2008 RATESDISCOUNTS for reservations that are adjacent to arriving or departing reservations. There are also discounts for last minute reservations. Payment is by check. The full fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests will receive the keys, directions, and information by mail.
Deposits
Deposits of approximately of $350 or more are payable by check in order to guarantee reservations. Confirmations are mailed when the security deposit is received. The deposit check is returned marked void after the keys are returned and the condo is verified to be neat and orderly.
Cancellation
Deposits will be returned if we are able to rent the days you cancel. After the fee is received, within 30 days of your vacation, we also return the deposit and fee if we are able to able to rent the days you cancel.
Fees & Taxes
Add 11.42% Hawaii tax.There is also $100 premium for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter.
