Room 2 is larger and a bit higher in price than rooms #1 & 3. Specific room may be requested but is not guaranteed. We will only guarantee a specific room, when available, at an additional charge of $15/night, $60/week or $120/month over the basic rate. There is a book and video library available in the kitchen. We are located with convenient access to Downtown Anchorage, AK, midtown business centers and the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Free off street parking is available for cars and vans. Campers/motor homes can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Coin-op Washer & Dryer onsite. All units offer cable TV w/VCR and HBO, High-speed internet & WiFi (wireless internet), phone on site with unlimited local & 800 calls. Amenities include clock, stereo, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, robes & slippers and extra pillow & blanket. Each unit is assigned a small storage area in the kitchen for food and supplies. It is possible to rent one room or all 3 rooms, when available, for business associates or family traveling together.
