Seasonal .... $5800/month. Two week minimum at $2,175 per week.Off Season .. $2800/month. Two week minimum at $1250 per week.Credit Card, Check or money order

* Security Deposit of $1000 required. References required.* House-Cleaning Fee of $125.Security deposit or 25% of total rent (which ever amount is larger) is required to reserve a unit. The balance of rent, tax, damage/utility deposit is due 60 days in advance of arrival.
Full refunds will be made only if written notification of cancellation is received 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Should tenant cancel after the 90-day time limit, he shall forfeit his reservation/security deposit, unless owner is able to re-rent the unit for the same rental period at the same rate. It is understood by the parties’ herin that the forfeited sum represents liquidated damages owed to the owner as a result of having held the property off the rental market at the specific request of the tenant. Tenant will be in default of this agreement if he fails to pay any sums required herin.

This location can't be beat! Sitting in your own private paradise listening to the surf, watching the sun set is an experience not reached often in life.
The house is warm and friendly with all the necessary amenities expected in a rental home. I found the kitchen well stocked for the true chef, the beds are comfortable, and the well landscaped yard reminded me of a Japanese garden.
This Vacation Home earned a 5 star in my book.
