Cashiers checks, money order, travelers checks personal checks (prior clearing required) & cash Bookings 14 days or more will be provided maid service bi monthly at the cost of 150.00 per service day. **Frequent corporate guests are entitled to frequency special arrangements and rates**

This includes the non refundable cleaning fees $175.00 (1-2 guests) and 250.00 for 3-6. The remaining monies due from the refund are refunded w/in 7 days of departure less any applicable damage.
