Located just a few hours drive from the vacation rental condo, you can enjoy both Disney and Universal theme parks.

Located at this south end of the island is Lovers Key State Park. There you can also rent a kayak, boat or a bicycle. If you feel like taking a day to explore, favorite trips include Sanibel/Captiva Islands, Naples, and a day boat trip to the Everglades or Key West. There are also many other attractions in the area, such as the Winter Estates of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. On Fort Myers Beach, there is plenty of shopping and fine and casual gulfside dining available. If you don't feel like driving, there is a trolley to take you from the tip of the Island to Bonita Springs.
