Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
You may mail us a check made out to: Lakeland Village Resort, mail to: Lakeland Village Reservations 3535 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The first nights room & tax is due seven (7) days from making the booking, or at the time of booking if within fourteen (14) days of arrival. The balance for Lodge Studios & Suites is due upon check-in. The balance for all townhomes is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. For the Christmas/New Years period ALL reservations balance is due November 01st, and is non-refundable.
For Lodge Studios and Suites, cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund of monies deposited. Cancellations twenty-nine (29) or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit all monies paid. For all townhomes the full deposit will be refunded if cancelled sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival date. All monies paid will be forfeited for cancellations made fifty-nine (59) days or less prior to arrival date.
Current Transient Occupancy Tax and Resort fees total 13.75% + $3.00 per night.

What a great resort... we loved the beach adn free shuttle service, especially to the casinos - we didn't have to drive anywhere! The staff was pleasant and the townhouse we stayed in was large, although it could stand a little TLC!
We can't wait to go back this winter for the skiing at Heavenly
