Bunk area with two twin bunks, small dresser with hanging space, 13 television. Second large bathroom is located just off the bunk area.
Plenty of extra linens and pillows! Washer and Dryer in unit.
The living area of this Destin vacation condo has a pull out sofa sleeper and a pullout twin chair sleeper. Sleeps three extra guests. 10 foot ceilings with large sliding glass doors to the large balcony and view of the gulf. 32 digital widescreen LCD TV. DVD player, Digital CD player.
Upgraded kitchen, granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and pantry. Fully stocked! Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. Additional telephone also in kitchen with answering machine.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
Graco pack and play available upon request for a baby if needed.
This is a private Destin complex with only 64 units and five floors. Next to Maravilla Resort, Beach Retreat and Captain Dave's restaurant. A short walk to private 300' of deeded beach. The pool is fantastic! 4000 square feet multilevel with infinity edge, kids 0 entry walk in area with mushroom waterfall play area, adult water bench area. Lush landscaping, hot tub and vast sunning decks with loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Grilling area also!
Beach service included in rent (two chairs and an umbrella) March through October.

There are so many things to do. Basking in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, sailing. Scooter rental close by and only about 10 minutes to the Silver Sands Outlet Malls. Big Kahuna water park also a short 10 minute drive.

After going to Destin at least once a year since 1990 and staying at various condos along Scenic Gulf Drive, we have finally found the perfect place to stay. This condo is absolute perfection. It has EVERYTHING -- beautiful furnishings, lots of space, an incredible view, a fantastic pool, a gorgeous beach along with free beach chairs and umbrella, and all the amenities that you normally have to drag along from home or go out and buy when you stay at most other condos.
As someone already mentioned in the comments below, it truly is even more beautiful in person than the pictures on the website can convey. We will never stay anyplace else now that we've found the Destin Dreamer. This is a place that EVERYONE will love. Thanks to Kim Lang for the ultimate condo at a reasonable price!

Wow! That was just what we needed! It was the perfect place for our family of 4. Even our 7month old enjoyed swimming in the pool! The only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough! Next year it will be a full week. The view says it all. It's with in walking distance to Captain Daves. Our 6 year old really enjoyed her own bunk beds! I wouldn't stay any where else. You can't go wrong staying here!

We were massively impressed with the "Destin Dreamer" condo and the amenities. It was exactly what we were looking for including the upscale decor and the resort like atmosphere. We enjoyed the pools as well as the incredible view of the ocean. We plan to return again!
