It was unbelievable what marvelous accomodations Luiza and Geroge provided for us, my wife, 3 daughters, 5 grand children (2 enfants) and my 92 year old mother, when we came to Vancouver in August for my 4th daughters wedding. My mother, sister, friend of the family and myself stayed at Pleasant Stay for five nights. Luiza and George set it up so we each had our own bed and we were very comfortable with that living arrangement. Luiza and George offer this lovely flat at a very affordable price. I was able to make our breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen, which also helped save us money. It seems that no matter what you asked from George and Luiza, they would be willing to accomodate. I would definetly recommend this place for anyone to stay while on a visit to Canada.

Good. Cheapest price among Vancouver, close to the shopping center, and bus stop to Sky Train Station. Very kindness and helful from Luiza and her family.

My stay felt very comfortable as Luiza and George (and Luiza's mom/family) made it feel very home like. Very polite nice people and loving family. It was nice that I was in a walking distance to everything such as grocery stores, the mall;etc. Thank you for a pleasant stay and hope to see you all again soon. Take care.

My 2 boys and I enjoyed living in New Westminister for 2 weeks. Everything you need is within close proximity of the accomodations.Very conveinient for people without a car. George and Luiza are thoughtful people,who only have your best interests in mind. The room was clean, maybe a little small for 3 people. We were lucky to have full privacy for the duration of our stay. And the kitchen is equipped to accomodate. For the most for your dollar, I would highly recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 months living here. We were within walking distance to the local shopping centre, library (internet), buses and sky train (to downtown Vancouver). A convenient place to live with or without a vehicle. A very safe and quiet neighbourhood, with adequate on street parking .
Very clean, comfortable and homely, everything we needed for setting up home in a new country. George and Luiza (landlords) are lovely people and were attentive to our needs at all times. We would highly reccommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Vancouver for long or short term stays.

I had more than just a pleasant stay, I had a home away from home. Not only are the rooms comfortable but Luiza and her family did their best in making me comfortable. It is my first time in Vancouver, in Canada, but I did not feel as a stranger. I have travelled a lot and I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay here the most. The house and the neighboorhood are quiet and friendly, and one has easy access to malls, sky train. I would rate it with more than 5 stars.
