looking for a 1 month rental--Feb--rate for month?--thanks,Margaret01514

Had a great time. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and Village. They provided bikes beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

The first floor unit we had was a bedroom and a front room with a kitchen at one end and living at the other, with a table for eating. This is an older property and shows its age but also some charm. The unit had a small private heated pool just at the front door that was delightful. There are other pools for swimming for the majority of the units that don't have private pools. Lots of gardens and trees around the place: you can pick your own citrus to eat. Free parking. The management was very responsive and when a few things went wrong, they fixed it before we got back in the afternoon. Free parking. Had a video player. Short walk across street to the most gorgeous beach in the US and short walk the other way to the intercoastal with canoes you could paddle around in. Fishing dock there, too. Short walk to 5 or 6 restaurants and some stores in the town part of Siesta Key. Good bike area as there are no hills anywhere. Price was ok for what you got.

W were very disappointed last spring when we arrived at our unit to find towels dirty and folded over in our washroom and the dishes all needed washing. Also during our stay the laundry facilities needed servicing and the hot tub was unuseable as it was broken. Despite the lovely location, we were not impressed by your accommodation. These issues were brought to the attention of the person attending the desk. We will not return.
