Close to everything, my kids walked and didn't hassle me to take them around. We were next door to the water park and amusement park and the teens walked to Fudruckers for teen nite too. I had a great week and would recommend this condo to any family with kids. The price was the lowest of all I could find and the condo was great and had everything we needed. The pools were very nice and the beach is a short walk. I will come back every year. Ed Colebeck
