We stayed there for 10 days.
The photos on the internet are not real. For exemple the photo of the restaurant, it's seems a quiet place for eating, but it isn't. There are not 10 tables but a lot more, maybe 200 ! !
When you eat outside, there are a lot of wasps ! !
The room is ok (pretty romantic) , but the bathroom is small and old looking also the terras is very small ! !
The food is ok, but there are too many people eating at one time (between 7pm and 9:30pm). Imagine 800 guests in the restaurant ! !
The swimming pool is too small for 800 guests and it is sea water (this was not mentioned in the catalogue) ! !
There is a nice beach bar with friendly people, but there is no sand beach only stairs into the sea, not ideal for children ! !
Some receptionists aren't friendly and don't speak different languages.
So we had a very good time at Corfu, because we rented a car for a week to get away from the hotel. the island is beautiful ! ! But be aware of the trash on some beaches ! !
The seawater is very clean and there are a lot of lovely fishes.
So we can conclude that Corfu is nice for a one time visit !
A good advice : if you want to visit Corfu, don't take a hotel, but hire an appartment/studio and go there on yourself and explore the island ! !
