Dear Mr. Patas,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the beautiful time I had in your Marco Island Riverfront Home. From the second I walked into the front door, I was amazed at the thoughtfulness that went into every part of the construction. The sitting areas and formal dining room were gorgeous, yet practical for entertaining during my vacation. The kitchen was functional and huge with a large casual dining area that fully opened to the pool, Jacuzzi and riverfront. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning with all of the doors and windows opened. The breeze blew threw the home softly and the sounds of the fountain in the pool were so relaxing. What a wonderful way to wake up!
Later that day I was met at the dock outside by a fishing guide and was taken into the backwaters to fish. I have seen few fishing trips to compare. I caught mangrove snapper, jack, and snook. That was only surpassed by the fishing right off of the dock of the home. The snook were plentiful at night under the lights and the sheep head were exciting to catch and cook on the grill. Their flavor is awesome, almost like lobster.
On my next trip, I think I might also try offshore fishing in the gulf, which is very convenient from this property.
After a nice fresh fish dinner cooked poolside on the grill, I relaxed in the Jacuzzi and heated pool. What pampering!!!! The lights in the pool are amazing at night and so romantic. Floating in the pool I watched a full moon rise over the river and was mesmerized. Bedtime found me upstairs in the most wonderful master suite. The same full moon shined into the balcony French doors and gave a soft glow to the room. The fireplace was wonderfully warming after the swim and the bathroom was beautifully equipped with an extra large shower and Jacuzzi tub. The perfect ending to a marvelous day was to lay in the king sized bed with t he cool linens on my skin and look at the moon until sleep finally claimed me.
The rising sun awakened me every morning. I must say the sunrise here is probably one of the prettiest and most colorful I have ever seen. It was breathtaking. My day of shopping in the quaint shops of Marco Island and Naples was enjoyable. The restaurants were diverse and would appease any appetite. I honestly can not possibly imagine a better home to vacation in.
Mr. Patas, again, thank you. I had one of the most relaxing and enjoyable times of my life and I plan to return.

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for a wonderful week in Marco. I know that we often only hear the negatives so I wanted to share the POSITIVE comments my family and I would like to share with you.
Your demeanor and professional is unsurpassed. You are such a joy to deal with. My mother bragged and bragged about you all week after meeting you.
The house was exactly as represented on line. Most often vacation rentals appear to be one thing on the internet and a disappointing other in person.
The house was fabulously clean and well maintained.
Your furnishings are amazing. My father has been in the furniture business for years and my mother was an interior designer. Both were amazed at the quality of furniture and the decor that you chose. Your girlfriend's art is absolutely breathtaking. My mother spent hours gazing at it. She revisted her painting several times during the week to only come back with new details she discovered.
The kids especially the "pool boy" put it simple- "Tom so totally rocks"! Items that impressed them included the video collection, the selection of music, the pool toys, and the telescope with the star chart. Ty's comment was that "Tom really cares about kids".
The outdoor shower was a huge hit with Ty. He took all of his showers (I kid you not) in his boxers outside just so he could wash his hair outside.
The outdoor kitchen and dining area was amazing. We did not eat one family dinner inside. The sliding windows made entertaining easy and enjoyable.
The kitchen- WOW- where do I begin? We packed a huge box of accessories to discover that you supplied what we packed and more. We couldn't believe the spice drawer! The platters, the cookware, the silverware, etc. just incredible.
For boat owners, your dock is a piece of heaven! We found it easy to launch and dock without hassle. Meg enjoyed fishing off the dock and got some really cool photos under the snook light of fish.
The downstairs Master Suite was an answer to in-laws prayers. They had the opportunity to enjoy the grandkids but enough privacy to enjoy themselves.
The upstairs Master Suite cannot be described in words. The view and balcony are amazing! The adjustable vibrating bed was a true treat from the normal rental. I personally never wanted to leave the bathroom. Between the jacuzzi and the shower I was in love. One of my favorite parts of the shower is the orchids painted on the tiles. The joke was if my husband and I end up in the family way, we'll have to name to Thomas or Tommy depending on the gender (Okay I know you are laughing!) Sun Drop only worked in the 70's!
Everyone loved the Exercise Room! My little gordo who hates to exercise was on the tread mill everyday.
Views! Views! Views! I got tickled with my husband running to all the windows to see where the afternoon showers were to see where he was going fishing.
The customized soap was a welcome treat. The smells are incredibly yummy!

Luxurious home with beautiful view of Marco River. Everything is first class and private. The master suite on the second floor leaves nothing to desire. It's unusual to find a home like this available for rent anywhere on Marco Island.
