The villa was perfect for our girls vacation to Puerto Rico! It had plenty of room for the 6 of us with beautiful furnishings and it was a great place to relax after exploring the island all day. It was also centrally located between freeway access out to Fajardo and into Old San Juan. We even did a few loads of laundry and made a few of our meals at the villa since the kitchen had everything we needed....including wine glasses! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Puerto Rico.

My husband and I just got back from our trip on the island. We looked at many properties to rent out for the week and found this property to be exactly what we were looking for. This trip was for six friends and all of which have never been to Puerto Rico.
It was easy to find, in a great location, and blocks away from the beach! The villa was immaculant and master bathroom was luxurious. They provided beach towels and lawn chairs as well as plates, cups, everything to make our stay more like home and less like a hotel. The best part of our trip were the breakfast that we were able to cook ourselves and share together.
Taxis were easy to come by and not far from the other sightseeing locations. The ocean park beach was not exactly the best beach and the villa was hard to find out how to get out of the gated community and around the park but once you figured it out it was easy to get around.
Nazli, the owner, was excellent. She was professional with easy communication and had printed out a great guide with taxi, restaurant, and sightseeing information. We would definitely rent this house again in the event of our return. Thank you for an excellent stay!

My wife, son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed our recent visit to the Villa. It exceeded our expectations and lived up to every photo. The room air conditioning units worked exceptionally well in keeping us all cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything in the way of appliances to let us prepare several "eat in" meals. The beds were just right for good sleeping.
We felt very private and secure and just a short ride by car or taxi to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the local San Juan tourist attractions.
We're not sure when our travels will get us back to San Juan but the Villa will be the place we would check out first for availability. Our host Nazli was very gracious in seeing that we were properly oriented to enjoy all of the features of the Villa.
