One of the reasons we love our condo is its location. Were on the 1st floor so no stairs to lug suitcases up. Our clubhouse / pool are just across the parking area. Dont want to drive we have a free A/C bus that will transport and return you from Disney World / MGM Studios and Epcot Center.
Amenities: A/C, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TVs, VHS/DVD player with (FREE Movies), and a choice of rental movies at club house, in-unit washer/dryer, heated pool/Jacuzzi/sauna, fitness center, pool table, lighted tennis court, in-unit internet/fax connections, clubhouse internet/fax setup.
Discount tickets are available from our management company. Thats right you have full use of everything Holiday Villas management has to offer too.

The condo was all we expected and more. This was our first trip to Disney and we really had a great time. The condo was only minutes away and was very close to all of the resturants and grocery stores. The unit was very clean and well kept. It was very spacious and made for a relaxing environment after a long day. I have yet to find another deal as good as what you offer as far as price and quality. Thanks for allowing us into your vacation home and we look forward to staying with you in the future if we are in the area.

I was worried about coming to Orlando without my husband and staying in a strange place, but your villa was great. I never worried one minute about where we were staying once I got there. It was so nice being able to have our own rooms and having washer and dryer was just great. The two younger kids loved the pool. I must admit it was really nice in the pool area. They were sealing the parking lot while we were there but it was done quickly and the only problem we had was that we had to park across the street for one night. The staff was very friendly and I would definetly stay here again. It was clean and quiet and we had a wonderful week. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This was our first time at Disney, we had the best time. The condo is in a great location,with the super Target so close for easy shopping for gro.The teens loved the pool table. I loved having a bedroom away from the kids. We will be back. Thank you again.

We just wanted to share what a wonderful vacation this condo offered my family and I. We have children that vary in age from infant to 13yrs. It was great to find that bedding and space accomidated all of us. Thank you again for sharing. We are impressed and look forward to returning!!!

Fantastic condo close to everything. Large rooms, excellent pool. It is everything you can ask for, why stay at a hotel when you could stay here for less? All the emeneties of home.

Sorry it's taken so long for me to respond but I've been in withdrawal from the trip!!!! We had a wonderful time in Florida and the condo was so comfortable for all of us. We would stay there again. Really appreciated having the two couches in the living room and the large able in the dining area. It was so nice to have the washer & dryer so that I could wash the towels. It would have been perfect had the condo been on the beach. We went to Daytona Beach and really enjoyed the day. The day we left, we wished we weren't leaving, and we hope to take another trip to Florida - no definite plans yet.

We had a great stay at your villa. I stayed with three of my friends on a golf trip for 8 nights and it was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel for the week. We felt at home, especially with the spacious living room. Everything was great no complaints. Great location. Looking forward to returning for another stay.
