Located only six miles northwest of Acapulco, Pie de la Cuesta is a quiet strip of land bordered by the Pacific Ocean and a freshwater lake, Laguna de Cuyoca. It means "foot of the hill" and offers amazing lagoons, a banana plantation and virgin beaches.
