Would you consider renting just the one buidling to us that has one bedroom, kitchen & living room since we have no need for the other two bedrooms? We have rented at Playa Caribbe before and they offer lower price when they rent out only one bedroom (and don't give you access to the second bedroom). If so, what would the price be? We are planning to be in the area at the beginning of December and would like to find a place where we can stay for at least a month, possibly for longer. Usually we are just 3, but our son and his girlfriend will join us for most of Dec and our other daughter and her husband for some time around Christmas. We are on a limited budget but are excellent tenants. Rentalo.com doesn't show the availabilty of your house, nor the price. It sounds out of our range but I thought I'd give it a go.
