Tahoe native looking for a place to rent for our family (Mom/Dad & three kids ages 3, 5 & 6. Grandma comes to visit sometimes as well.) this summer for approx. 5 to 6 weeks starting in the beginning of July (arrival & departure dates flexible).
This will be our 6th summer renting and would like to find a place that we can consistently rent every summer going forward.
Looking for a 4 bedroom house. Carnelian Bay or Tahoe Vista preferred, but willing to consider other N. Shore areas. Lake view a huge plus, but not a deal killer.
We are willing to pay a fair price for a long term rental.
