I was concerned of being bombarded with junk mail. However, I am happy to report that your service has worked out very well. I got 5 responses and we ended up using one of these to book our accommodations. I will say that a very important component of our buying decision was the thoroughness of the seller in providing a very detailed email response including an overview of the property. "This service is amazing!!! I live overseas, and was planning to meet some family members and stay with freinds in Vail free for my holiday. Two weeks prior to the holiday, my freinds informed me the house was no longer availalbe; wed have to find other accomodations. After three days and many hours of searching through websites, sometimes getting responses and sometimes not, I stumbled upon your service, sent one form off, and over the next 3 days received over 20 responses with places that I would have stayed at any one of! One of our most favorite features is the automatic offer. If we are not able to reply to a potential renter right away, they are emailed an instant quote. We also love the website design as it makes our property look amazing and I can even show our video tours too! There is also the calendar feature which also adds a lot of value.
