Here is my situation--and needs
I am a professor with relatives in the Sonoma Co area. I would like to find a short term rental in the Windsor, Santa Rosa, Forestville, Rohnert Park area for Nov 23-Dec 27, 2009.
I would need a furnished place that is easy to heat during that time frame; a place that has good quality high speed internet access, and a place that is ok for my one indoor cat Topaz during that time.
My budget is $500-$1000 for the 30 or so days I would be there.
Please let me know if you have any place I could be comfy in during this time and would fit my needs
