The majority of the time it would just be my wife and myself. Alternatively a 2 bedroom unit which has a sofa that converts to a bed that my daughter could use when our friends arrive which would be for 2 of the 5 weeks that we are there. We would be arriving 27 January and departing 3 March, (5 weeks (35 nights)). I would prefer to be within 1 or 2 Km from a beach no further South than Maroubra and no further North than Dee Why, as long as there is public transportation to and from the University of Sydney which takes no longer than an hour each way. When you respond could you let me know the following:- a) If it is available. b) If you have a long term rate that is applicable what is it, what the final cost would be including any additional charges over and above the stated rental. c) What methods of payment do you accept. d) Finally could you give me the street address so I can use Google Maps to locate it.
