Our Family would like to invite you to experience our charming tropical Inn! We have 6 fully equipped apts., decorated to their theme plus the combination of the cottage and the Guest House for the best of all worlds. Relax in a shaded hammock, cookout in our charcoal & gas grills and take in a sunset under our large gazebo. Enjoy the beauty of our butterfly gardens with orchids in old oak trees in the courtyard while listening to the fountain. Experience our private outdoor cedar shower overlooking the Koi fish pond and the water fall. Beach biles and chartered boating are available.

Apt. #1, the Indian - 1 bdrm, 1 bath, 1 king bed, 2 studio couches, lining/dining, kitchen, Cypress paneling & vaulted ceilings. Sleeps 4 with a downstairs garden view. Low Season - $550, High Season - $750 a week.

Apt. #2, the Garden - 1 bdrm, 1 bath, 1 queen canopy bed, queen sleeper sofa, living/dining, kitchen, Cypress paneling & vaulted cilings. Sleeps 4 with downstairs garden view. Low Season - $550, High Season $750 a week.

Apt. #3, the Tarpon - 1 bdrm, 1 bath, 1 queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, living/dining, kitchen, fireplace. Sleeps 4 with a downstairs beach view. Low Season - $750 - High Season $935 a week

Apt. #4, the Heart - 2 bdrm, 1 1/12 bath, 1 queen poster bed, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa, lining/ding, kitchen. Sleeps 6 with a downstairs beach view - Low Season - $870 - High Season $1250 a week

Apt. #5, the Lighthouse - 3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa, living/dining, eat in kitchen, washer/dryer & fireplace. Upstairs with rocking chairs and dining table on porch. Sleeps 8 with a beach view. Low Season - $1095 - High Season $1695 a week.

Apt. #5A, the Starlight, 1 bdrm, 1 bath, 1 queen canopy bed, sleeper sofa, lining/dining, kitchen, vaulted ceilings with connecting door to apt #5. Upstairs with a dining table on porch. Sleeps 4 with a beach view. Low Season - $750 - High Season $935 a week.

Chic-a-Si Cottage - 3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath, 2 queen beds, bunk beds, living/dining, kitchen, Cyprss paneling with vaulted ceilings, fireplace. Washer/dryer with cedar outdoor shower. Adjacent to Colonial Court Inn with a large private deck and grill. Sleeps 6 with a beach view. Low Season - $1500 - High Season 1900.

Bay & Beach Gues House - bdrm, 1 bath, 1 king bed, sofa sleeper, living/dining, kitchen, office with washer/dryer. Located at 316 10th Ave. on the intracoastal waterway. Sleeps 4 with a water view. Low Season - $550 - High Season $650.

Awarded the seal of approval by Superior Small Lodging. We have beautiful gardens with orchids in oak trees and in guest rooms. Fine quality linens and towels and many antique pieces abound throughout the apts. Our Guests have also donated their special gifts. We have free on-site laundry which is also an art gallery. We provide beach towels along with beach charis and a beach toy box for children and adults.
