Garth Woodside Mansion

The Garth Mansion was built as a summer home for Col John Garth, boyhood friend of Samuel Clemens. Sitting atop rolling meadows, the Second Empire home has many of the original pieces of furniture. The 130-year-old oaks bring a cool summer shade as you relax near the pond or stroll through the many gardens. There are eight guests rooms, all with a private bath and hypo-allergenic feather beds.
