Taverns & nightclubs, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, doctor's offices, ice cream stores, Downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Casey Key and all its cultural amenities just minutes away. Bradenton 20 minutes away. Tampa one hour, Orlando 2 hours. Venice a half hour and Ft.Myers one hour.

Deposits
A third of rent required to book vacation, balance due at check in. Refundable security deposit minimum $1000 required also.
Cancellation
$250 cancellation fee. NO refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to reservation start date. If we are able to re-rent the apartment (within the 60 day period) we will reimburse for the days (weeks) re-rented. Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!!
& Taxes
12% tax, no other charges or fees. Rates are based on 2-4 person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the reservation. At check in the adult will present us with a valid ID, drivers license or passport for verification of age requirement.
