We recently spent fours days at Ca Fosca Due Torre. It's in an unbeatable location and Patrizia is a wonderful host, very accomadating and very well versed in Bolognese history. We'd highly recommend a stay.

I can only highly recommend this B&B. From the moment of your arrival you are made feel completely at home. Patrizia is an excelent host, and is very wel informed on the best sights in Bologna, and will research and confirm opening times and ticket info for you by telephone. She also, in good Italian tradition, takes an interest in her food, and recommended 2 excellent restaurants to me during my stay. The B&B has a lovely informal atmosphere, it is as like being at home as is possible. I also found it the more economical of the options available to me when I was booking my holiday.

Ideally located in the medieval center of Bologna, Ca Fosca B&B is a wonderfull dream. Patrizia, the hostess, gives you a very warm welcome in his "art déco" style huge flat. In a few minutes you feel at home, enjoying a glas of italian wine and tasting the bologna "wiches" (a kind of bolognese aperitive acke), chatting with Patrizia or listening to a sweet tango music in a lovely garden in the terrace roof. Unforgettable !

A wonderful place to stay. Great location and a very helpful hostess. HIghly recommended. Beautiful terrace with privacy but magnificent views. A perfect place to sit quietly and enjoy a glass of wine. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance in every direction, and of the highest quality we have seen anywhere in the world. The best. entertainment for all including children.

Cà Fosca B&B is charming, it is a pleasure to take time in the nice salon talking, having a drink, consulting books, to take the breakfast in the veranda and enjoy a beautiful view of Bologna from the roof top garden. Our host Patrizia is really kind and welcoming, she knows many stories about the history and architecture of Bologna and takes her time to tell them to our great enjoyement. I have been several times in Bologna, this was my best stay by far.

Nothing like visiting a Medieval city and staying in a lovely art deco apartment replete with a roofdeck filled with plants (and scenic views) fascinating bel'epoque bric a brac (the mirrors are enchanting, the old-fashioned elevator is a little treat) with an owner who cannot do enough to make you feel contented and well fed both with aperitifs and snacks and also with Bolognese lore for which her appetite is insatiable. She'll advise you enthusiastically and then leave you to yourself--just as you wish. For us it was the sort of place that makes traveling not just a pleasure, but an unexpected pleasure. --Nicholas and Rebecca

A special find in the center of historic Bologna. A warm ambiance is created by a very special hostess - Patrizia. In the wonderful rooftop garden one can gaze over the rooftops while drinking a coffee or sipping an aperatif. And Patrizia has a special knowledge of the history of this city which adds so much more to one's stay. I will certainly come back to this very special B&B.

A beautiful magical place in a wonderful city. The house is spectacular, with a fabulous rooftop garden that is surrounded by red rooftops and a dome just a few hundred feet away. Patrizia is marvellously helpful. When I shyly asked for eggs for breakfast, she made up a beautiful platter of eggs and Speck. She offers drinks and food constantly, the knows the town inside and out, and will do anything to help you make the most of your stay. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

a very beautiful house and a confortable place for our three days trip in Bologna... and, of course, the owner, miss Patty, who knows her town very very well and who told us a lot of tales about Bologna..
