Location. Balasca Hotel is located in Athens, Greece, within three kilometres of the Acropolis. The Plaka, Ermous shopping district and Ancient Roman Agora and Museum are within one kilometre. Larissis Metro and Railway station is located next to the hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel is centrally located in Athens and is built in a seven-storey tower building. The hotel has staff available around the clock at the air-conditioned front desk, and there are safe- deposit boxes for valuables.

Balasca Hotel serves a complimentary buffet breakfast each day. The hotel's Balasca Bar is open 24- hours on the ground floor, and serves sandwiches, coffee and snacks.

Guestrooms. The Hotel offers 83 air- conditioned guestrooms extending to balconies which overlook the city streets. Expert Tip. Be sure not to miss the Acropolis, one kilometre from the hotel. Go late or early in the day, to avoid the crowds and escape the heat. While there, visit the Parthenon, the Temple of the goddess Athena.

Distance to Balasca Hotel is 30 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The suburban rail line connects the airport to Athens' central station, Larissis Station. Single tickets cost 8 EUR. Additionally, Metro line 3 runs between the city centre and the airport. Six public bus routes cover Athens and Piraeus, as well as running to Athens Rafina Port. Taxis can be found in front of arrivals, Door 4, and cost about 25 EUR to Balasca Hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Public transport throughout Athens is inexpensive and convenient. Services include buses, trams, trolley buses, and a metro service. Tickets should be validated at the orange machines on board or in metro stations. Taxis are also available and are reasonably priced. Visitors are advised not to drive in the city.

Driving directions.From Athens Airport take Attiki Odos in the direction of Athens.
Exit at Acharnon.
Travel under the bridge to the other side of the E75, the beginning of Acharnon Avenue.
Continue straight ahead to the city centre.
At Acharnon turn right into Loulianou Street which leads directly to Larissa Station.
