Be sure to read Windmill's guest registration document carefully. They want you to accept more personal liability than any hotel I have seen. Essentially if any other hotel guest complains about you, you will be responsible to pay for their stay (yes, that is what is says!) Additionally, you will be personally liable for noise, pets, running in hallways and your guests' behavior (regardless whether you can really control those things). All the hotel has to do is accuse you and you have no recourse. You signed that you are personally liable.
I am sure this came about after some guests caused problems. But it's a pound of cure for an ounce of problem... something that says a lot about how the hotel is managed and how it views its guests. I would rather not stay at a place that wants me to be "personally liable" for everything under the sun. As a guest, a hotel should put you at ease.
I expressed my concern to the manager on duty. She said that she was not in a position to help and that I would need call the CEO. It would have been nice if she would have simply been empowered to strike the unusual provisions and checked me in.
With this one significant exception, the other reviews are correct about the facility being clean & decent.
